Association Executive
Jill Hudson was raised in Blytheville, Arkansas, and earned her degree in Criminology from Arkansas State University. She began her career as a probation officer and later led a successful 21-year business serving the court system. Her diverse experience includes leadership roles in retail, healthcare, child advocacy, jewelry design, and business development—earning recognition for her work in staffing and workforce solutions.
Most recently, Jill served as a Registered Representative with New York Life, helping individuals, families, and businesses plan for their financial futures.
Jill has been married to her husband, Jay, for over 31 years. They have three sons, a daughter-in-law, and a grandson: Connor (married to MaKayla, with their son Asher), Kendle, and Evan. The family has lived in Jonesboro since 1998 and shares their home with three beloved rescues: dogs, Charlie and Teddy, and Cali the cat.
Jill is deeply rooted in her community. She held leadership roles with the Jonesboro Band Boosters and remains active with the Jonesboro Area Chamber of Commerce, where she serves on the Business Network Committee and mentored in the Emerging Leader Program. She also serves on the Board of the Jonesboro-University Rotary Club, coordinated its Rotary Super Senior program and now serves as the Membership Chair.
Additionally, she is Chair of the ASUN Adult Education Advisory Committee and has supported grief awareness efforts through the New York Life Foundation.
Jill is excited to serve as the Association Executive for the Northeast Arkansas Board of REALTORS®, where she brings her experience in leadership, communication, and community engagement to support real estate professionals across the region.
